External Filters

Canister filers, considered to the best filtration system for aquariums, have the main media chamber outside the aquarium and are kept below the water level of aquarium. Water circulation to and fro the aquarium is achieved through the inlet and outlet pipes attached to the aquarium and tubes connecting them to the canister.
